The Process

Learn About My Methods

I believe in the motto "The team only wins if we work together" I in fact use this motto with my daughters when we are facing challenges. It is the perfect reminder for myself and them that although we face difficulties there is nothing we cannot figure out together. I believe the first part of any relationship is developing an understanding of healthy attachment and then working towards developing that healthy attachment amongst members of the system. Through developing that healthy attachment there is an understanding between members of the system (family or relationship) that allows for a smooth flow. It allows for a faster and smoother resolution of conflict as conflict is inevitable and allows for healthy expression and communication.

My goal as your therapist or coach is to assist you and your family with discovering the steps to establish healthy functioning in your system that works for all involved parties. I implement both scientifically proven therapy models such as Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I also implement spiritual practices such as meditation to help guide and connect members of the system to themselves in order to promote optimal functioning in the system.
